Infosys Compaz
(iCompaz) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand excellence, accountbased marketing (ABM), demand generation, and pipeline acceleration across strategic accounts. This role will lead integrated marketing initiatives spanning brand, highimpact events, ABM programs, and digital channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), working closely with sales and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, yet hands-on marketer with strong experience in enterprise technology or services marketing and a proven ability to influence revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategic Marketing
- Strengthen and evolve the iCompaz brand in alignment with brand guidelines and local market priorities.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and communication plans that support growth objectives and strategic accounts.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, events, campaigns, and sales enablement assets.
AccountBased Marketing (ABM) & Pipeline Acceleration
- Own and drive ABM strategy and execution for priority and named accounts.
- Partner closely with sales leaders to align marketing plans with account strategies.
- Design targeted, multitouch ABM campaigns to accelerate pipeline creation, deal progression, and account expansion.
- Measure ABM impact through metrics such as account engagement, opportunity influence, and pipeline contribution.
Events
Lead endtoend execution of CXO events, industry forums, roundtables, partner events, identify and organize speaking slots for the company leaders.
Create personalized, highvalue event experiences for target accounts and senior stakeholders.
Digital & Social Media (LinkedIn Focus)
- Own the LinkedIn strategy for iCompaz, including company page growth, content strategy, and leadership advocacy.
- Maintenance of company website to ensure it is updated.
- Plan and execute organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns, particularly for ABM, events, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to amplify accountspecific messaging and success stories.
- Use analytics to optimize performance across engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Support with PR as needed
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across business units, leadership, and regional teams.
- Manage agencies and external partners to support campaign delivery when required.
Performance & Reporting
- Track brand impact, ABM effectiveness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations based on data and campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-15 years professional marketing experience, within technology and IT services in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Experience in AccountBased Marketing (ABM) and pipelinedriven campaigns.
- Strong background in events, digital marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with handson execution
- Motivated and self-driven
- Ability to communicate, present and influence different levels
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
