Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute global marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth. This role will focus on B2B marketing across POS hardware, Android smart commercial devices, and business IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and execute global/regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strengthen iMin's brand positioning as a leading Business IoT company
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all markets and channels

2. Demand Generation & Growth

  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads (online & offline)
  • Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline building and conversion
  • Manage product launches and go-to-market (GTM) strategies

3. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns
  • Optimize marketing funnels and track performance metrics (ROI, CPL, conversion rates)
  • Drive content marketing initiatives (case studies, whitepapers, product content)

4. Product Marketing

  • Translate product features into clear value propositions for target industries
  • Support sales enablement with marketing materials, presentations, and tools
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research

5. Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events
  • Collaborate with distributors, partners, and ecosystem players
  • Strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders

6. Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Regional teams
  • Manage external agencies and vendors
  • Potentially lead and grow a regional marketing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing ( hardware, SaaS, or tech industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
  • Experience in global or regional marketing (APAC preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in Tech Industry
  • Familiar with GTM strategies for tech products
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude
