We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support organisational growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns, content, digital platforms, events promotion, partnerships, and marketing communications while working closely with internal departments and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Plan and manage annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Identify market trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms.
- Strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Oversee brand-related materials, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyse digital performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Work with designers, videographers, and developers to produce engaging digital content.
Content & Communications
- Oversee creation of marketing content including copywriting, videos, graphics, EDMs, brochures, and presentations.
- Ensure timely communication of campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Maintain editorial and content calendars.
Event & Campaign Support
Lead marketing support for events, launches, conferences, and special projects.
Coordinate promotional efforts before, during, and after events.
Work closely with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Team & Vendor Management
- Supervise and guide marketing team members, designers, freelancers, and vendors.
- Coordinate with agencies, printers, media partners, and production teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Analyse ROI of campaigns and marketing activities.
- Use insights and data to improve future campaigns.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and various departments to support organisational initiatives.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns across teams.
- Support internal communications and engagement initiatives where required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and campaigns.
