Job Description

Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, support business growth, and enable sales performance. This role focuses on market insight, campaign execution, lead generation, and go-to-market planning, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in translating business goals into actionable marketing plans and measurable outcomes.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and growth objectives.

  • Strengthen brand positioning and market presence through consistent messaging, branding, and promotional initiatives.

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing direction and priorities.

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives across relevant channels.

  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with corporate identity, brand standards, and strategic priorities.

  • Continuously review and refine marketing strategies based on market feedback and performance results.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Design and execute lead generation initiatives to support sales pipeline development.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and revenue targets.

  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and content that support customer engagement and sales conversations.

  • Support key account growth initiatives through targeted campaigns and client-focused marketing efforts.

  • Track lead quality and conversion performance in collaboration with sales stakeholders.

Market Analysis & Planning

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends.

  • Analyse campaign performance, customer response, and market data to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Contribute to annual marketing plans, budgets, and activity calendars.

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Define and track marketing KPIs related to brand visibility, lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for Senior Management.

  • Monitor marketing spend and ensure activities remain within approved budgets.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

  • Brief and manage external vendors, agencies, and partners where applicable.

  • Guide and support junior marketing team members or contributors.

  • Represent the company at marketing events, exhibitions, and industry forums when required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with exposure to B2B or project-based environments.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Experience supporting lead generation and sales enablement activities.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.

  • Experience with integrated marketing channels (digital, content, events, partnerships, etc.).

  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.

  • Confident in presenting marketing plans, ideas, and results to senior stakeholders.
