Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to VP, Marketing; independently work with and manage media and creative agencies to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing for Credit Card Usage and General Insurance.
- Responsible to work with media agency to review, monitor and optimize marketing performance for SEM, Paid Media advertising
- Responsible to work with creative, media and advertising agencies to create and adapt creative marketing assets for paid and owned media channels
- Create and maintain a marketing calendar to deliver targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign progress, effectiveness and conduct post-campaign evaluation for future improvements
- Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well advertising assets are performing and suggest ideas to improve current performance
- Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department's guidelines
- Execute marketing events and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of deliverables
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
- Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
Knowledge, Skills + Knowledge
- Understanding of creative production, programmatic media buying, display marketing
- Experience in managing end-to-end creative production
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Project management skills
- University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred
- A minimum of 35 years experience in a marketing role, ideally has worked for a banking/financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of banking products
- Proficient in advertising production, performance marketing
- Strong communication skills, especially in written English
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in liaising with external vendors and managing internal stakeholders
This is a contract role for 1 year and is subject to yearly renewal.
