Marketing Manager (Healthcare MNC)

Our client is a well-established global organization within the healthcare and medical solutions industry, known for delivering innovative products and services that improve patient outcomes. As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives in Singapore.

This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting commercial performance, and driving market engagement across the healthcare landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth and market share objectives
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform campaigns and planning
  • Plan and manage marketing activities such as industry events, seminars, conferences, and engagement initiatives
  • Drive patient and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Conduct field visits to gather market insights and strengthen stakeholder relationships
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms
  • Oversee development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize activities to maximize ROI
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and business cases for product launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives
  • Ensure marketing activities align with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Support cross-functional and ad-hoc commercial projects as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry, ideally 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content development, and campaign management
  • Experience managing agencies and external vendors
  • Good knowledge of healthcare or hospital sector dynamics is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative working style
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms is beneficial
