Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing andimplementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition,brand awareness, and platform engagement. This role requires a mix of strategicthinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across both digital andtraditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote theplatform and drive user growth.

Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging acrossall channels.

Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, emailmarketing, content creation, and social media.

Conduct market research and analyse user data to identifytrends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) toalign marketing initiatives with business goals.

Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.

Manage marketing budgets and external vendors or agencies asneeded.

Requirements:

Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA orrelevant certifications are a plus.

4-6 years ofmarketing experience, preferably in the technology or construction sector.

Proven trackrecord in developing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.

Strongunderstanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Excellentcommunication, project management, and leadership skills.
