Role Overview

Cyclect is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, sharpen brand positioning, and deepen engagement with key industrial audiences in Singapore.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused role (60% execution, 40% strategy) suited for a B2B marketer who understands how to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions. You will work closely with business unit leaders and sales teams to support revenue growth across multiple engineering disciplines, while also strengthening Cyclect's employer brand as a trusted, long-established industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Pipeline Enablement

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that support lead generation and pipeline growth across multiple business units

  • Work in close partnership with sales teams, with strong dotted-line accountability to commercial outcomes

  • Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and strategic partnerships

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen Cyclect's positioning as a leading, multi-disciplinary engineering solutions provider with deep heritage and future-ready capabilities

  • Translate technical engineering solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging for different audiences

  • Drive consistent brand expression across digital channels, proposals, exhibitions, and corporate materials

Campaigns, Content & Engagement

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, exhibitions, trade shows)

  • Oversee creation of technical marketing materials, case studies, thought leadership, and employer branding content

  • Increase engagement with relevant industrial, engineering, and talent communities

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Manage lead generation, CRM hygiene, and marketing performance tracking

  • Measure ROI of campaigns and continuously optimise based on data and insights

  • Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and contractors mentor a junior marketing assistant as the team grows

Requirements

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in industrial, engineering, energy, automation, or related sectors

  • Proven experience supporting pipeline growth and lead generation in a complex B2B environment

  • Strong ability to communicate and market technical or engineering-led solutions

  • Experience working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders

Strong Advantages

  • Prior exposure to engineering services, industrial products, infrastructure, or technical solutions

  • Experience managing exhibitions, trade shows, and industry-focused marketing initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Solid grounding in B2B digital marketing, CRM tools, and campaign analytics

  • Comfortable operating in both strategic planning and hands-on execution modes
