MARKETING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the company's business growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate customers.

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

• Develop and maintain good business relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations and promotional materials.

• Work closely with the sales, production and operations teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions.

• Coordinate customer visits, exhibitions, trade shows and other marketing activities.

• Manage corporate branding, website content and digital marketing activities.

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for management.

• Support management in developing market positioning and customer acquisition strategies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in marketing, business development or B2B sales.

• Experience in the manufacturing, packaging, electronics or precision engineering industry will be an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Good market research and analytical skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
