DATA STELLA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the company's strategic expansion into the China and Chinese-speaking markets.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives tailored specifically for Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and digital platforms, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on China and Chinese-speaking markets
Create, manage, and localize Chinese-language marketing content (digital campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, social media materials)
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms, including Chinese digital ecosystems
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Build brand positioning strategies tailored for Chinese-speaking audiences
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Marketing Manager will be evaluated based on measurable business outcomes, including:
Achieve targeted monthly lead generation numbers from Chinese-speaking markets
Increase digital engagement metrics (traffic, inquiries, conversion rate) from China-focused campaigns
Launch and manage a minimum number of structured digital campaigns per quarter
Improve brand visibility across targeted Chinese digital platforms
Deliver quarterly marketing performance reports with actionable insights
Contribute to revenue growth attributed to Chinese market initiatives
KPIs will be reviewed quarterly and aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy and campaign management
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
Language Requirement Justification:
This role is specifically focused on business expansion into China and Chinese-speaking markets. The candidate must be able to develop Chinese-language marketing materials, manage campaigns on Chinese digital platforms, and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners.
