Job Description

The Marketing Manager (China) will be responsible for the spectrum of marketing responsibilities for the China Desk. He/ she will be the point of contact for the China Desk, Singapore and coordinate the various marketing activities, as well play a key role in cultivating positive brand perception of the Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse (SEGSH) schools.

The Marketing Manager (China) will be required to be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking parents and to travel to China as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and be the Main Coordinator / Point of Contact for the China Desk in Singapore
  • Strategize, plan, and implement various marketing activities and campaigns
  • Managing all marketing for the China Desk
  • Support SEGSH schools with increase their brand recognition
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with various stakeholders
  • Garner exposure for the Company by public relations
  • Ensure the marketing materials stay within company brand guidelines
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Prepare both online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Create a wide range of different marketing materials
  • Work closely with designers and assist with new product launches
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher (preferably in marketing related area)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing environment
  • Management experience is valuable
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Proactive, with strong initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative
  • Creativity and experience in message delivery
  • Experience in marketing for audiences in China and South East Asian countries
  • Absolute fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin to liaise with overseas stakeholders
