Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team! You will lead and oversee impactful design and marketing projects, drive brand growth initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the direction and success of our creative team while further strengthening your leadership and strategic capabilities.

Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end marketing function across online and offline channels, from campaign planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.

• Develop and manage the overall marketing calendar, including key sales periods, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong return on investment.

• Drive strategic partnerships, including bank collaborations and external stakeholders, to support customer acquisition and sales growth.

• Lead membership strategy, including acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to grow the customer base.

• Manage relationships with external partners such as vendors and media agencies.

• Analyze campaign performance and business results, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• All other duties as and when assigned by your immediate supervisor or the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in IT skills, including social media and photo/video editing

• At least 1-2 years of related experience is a plus
