We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts that drive patient acquisition, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth. This role will oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensure consistent brand messaging, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistent, value-driven brand messaging across all channels
2. Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with clinic operations, internal teams, and vendors
- Support clinic-level goals and ensure alignment
4. Patient Engagement
- Drive patient acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Develop communication strategies to enhance patient experience
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Set goals and foster a high-performance culture
6. Performance & Insights
- Track KPIs (e.g., CPL, conversion, ROI)
- Optimise campaigns using data-driven insights
7. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and patient behaviour
Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience (healthcare, wellness, service or retail preferred)
- Strong experience in integrated marketing (digital & offline)
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
