We want to change the way people view property search and for that, we are looking for a passionate Campaigns & Communications Manager to join our dynamic Brand & Marketing team. Our ideal individual is passionate about making a difference in how people make property decisions. They have strong project management skills, are highly creative, have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, and are quick on their feet when the need arises.

As our Campaigns & Comms Manager, you will:
. Drives the alignment of marketing and campaign plans to the overall marketing strategy and goals
. Develop strategic marketing plans to acquire, engage and retain consumers for the marketing organisation
. Develop target audience personas as part of your overall strategy and align marketing functions on direction and acquisition goals
. Be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across all functions
. Work closely with the wider marketing team to build persona-based consumer journeys to drive retention and engagement

. Work closely with the wider marketing team to drive traffic from their owned area to our marketplace, with the eventual goal of conversion

. Work closely with the product team to drive the campaigns for all consumer product launches, and when necessary, work closely with your Trade counterpart to run a 360 marketplace campaign for consumer products that require supply-demand coordination

. Work with your Trade counterpart to develop consumer campaigns for monetisation

. Work alongside Brand & Marketing team for ad-hoc responsibilities or projects needed in the continuous growth of the overall brand
