Job Description

Position - Marketing Manager: Campaign, Community, & Content.

Location - Singapore

Salary - SGD 4,000 / month

Type - Contract/Full Time. Open to foreigners residing in Singapore with valid work permit.

We're growing fast and looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, and team-spirited Marketing Manager: Campaign, Community, & Content to help us take the brand to the next level.

If the candidate is successful, and as the main lead in this role, they have a very exciting opportunity to grow into a regional role with increased pay within less than a year as the company expands.

 

The Role 

The founders are seeking a third, high level strategic thinking, proactively engaging, great emotional intelligent, professional and creative, third musketeer.

As our Marketing Manager: Campaign, Community, & Content, you will have ownership. You will be the driving force behind our online and offline visibility, appearance, and brand growth.

You will lead strategy and execution across social media, paid/owned/earned content, community, and influencer partnerships.

You will own the full customer acquisition funnel, from building brand awareness to driving sales and

nurturing loyal customers.

Online, offline, in people's heads and hearts, you will grow the brand online, offline, and across the region.

You will work directly with the founders, bringing both creative ideas and data-driven strategies to the table.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key part in scaling a brand regionally, and then, globally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Singapore based, no abroad based, no hybrid Manager.

· Manages and executes ThunderWear's content for our on & off line marketing strategy.

· Understands passionately how to create and manage end to end online and community campaigns.

· Proactively manages interns, freelancers, partners, (and even the bosses) to organise and create campaigns and content as it needs to be actioned.

· Understands how to ideate and executeengaging content with the main KPI being audience growth and visual excitement for different media including IG, TikTok, Website, Emails, YouTube, In-Store. These will all be aligned with brand voice in tongue in cheek fun style. 

· Has a deep understanding about the algorithm that guides content across multiple social platforms not limited to IG, TikTok, Facebook, You Tube, and Reddit.

· Understands the implementation of ad copies and visuals across multiple campaigns for, but not limited Meta, Google, and TikTok, and get involved in ad copy creation.

· Understands the key differences between paid, owned, and earned, proactively engages on all, and able to achieve on a start-up budget and energy.

· Is creative. Knows how to ideate, create, and manage campaigns and ads end to end.

· Organises, manages, and drives influencer & affiliate partnerships to expand reach and sales.

· Stays ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies in the fashion/lifestyle sector.

· Understands Shopify (or willing to learn) and how to shape it to enhance it's capabilities to maximize conversion.

· Strategize and actions efforts to engage current partners, find new ones, and create campaigns with them.

· Helps manage and set up external events including pop ups, community events, among others not only in Singapore, but Malaysia and Hong Kong.

· Knowledge and experience on media/influencer ties/engagement a sought after bonus.

· Assists with other functions as and when required including taking stock, selling at pop ups, packaging retail items, and administrative matters.

Requirements:

· Has a valid work pass for Singapore.

· Understands how to tie tasks to revenue, which is the ultimate KPI and target.

· Proactively solves problem and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.

· Very excellent communication skills and positive team player mentality.

· Possesses start-up energy, never say die attitude, and always proactive.

· Proven experience (4+ years) in marketing, preferably in lifestyle or DTC e-commerce brands. Knows, loves, and has the energy for a B2C market.

· Is proactive and can create/manage all their own projects. Less talk, less promises, more action.

· Grasps paid and media platforms for content creation purposes (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).

· Experience in managing social media accounts with a track record of growth and engagement.

· Skilled in content strategy and working with creatives to make the hook and keep audiences.

· Unafraid of organising events, meeting with the community, and engaging with communities for ongoing campaigns.
