We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will primarily focus on promoting our electric vehicles (EV) through digital marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on video production, social media advertising, and direct customer communication. The Marketing Manager will also take ownership of developing and executing strategies to drive leads to our dealership through engaging campaigns, including Direct Customer Communication (DCC) invites.
Video Production & Content Creation:
Plan, create, and manage high-quality video content for marketing campaigns that showcase our EV products, customer experiences, and brand story.
In-house teams to produce video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Ensure that video content aligns with brand identity, marketing goals, and target audience preferences.
Social Media Management & Advertising:
Oversee and execute social media advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Create and optimize targeted ad campaigns that generate quality leads and sales opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for regular, engaging posts that resonate with potential EV customers.
Lead Generation & DCC Strategy:
Develop and implement a Direct Customer Communication (DCC) strategy to invite potential leads to visit the dealership or engage in virtual showrooms.
Use social media channels, email marketing, and personalized outreach to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
Build a pipeline of quality leads through organic and paid social media campaigns.
Brand Positioning & Market Insights:
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to ensure the brand stays ahead of market demands.
Craft compelling narratives that position our EV brand as the leading choice in sustainability and innovation.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure a consistent brand message and a seamless customer experience.
Event Planning & Collaboration:
Organize and promote promotional events, product launches, and special offers that attract new customers and generate buzz.
Partner with influencers, media outlets, and local organizations to amplify brand visibility and generate media coverage.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, technology, or electric vehicle sectors.
Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns and video content.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, SEO, SEM, and lead generation techniques.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and social media ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
