Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager (or Assistant Marketing Manager, depending on experience) to support and execute 360 brand and campaign initiatives across digital, on-ground, and retail platforms. This role will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Events, Marketing & Creative teams to drive integrated marketing strategies, amplify brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement across our touchpoints.
You'll be expected to wear many hats-developing campaign plans, coordinating timelines, liaising with partners and internal teams, managing content calendars, and supporting the execution of automotive-lifestyle experiences that define BYD by 1826.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, on-ground activations, and in-outlet branding.
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Events, Sales, F&B) to align messaging and ensure campaign cohesion across all platforms.
- Manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and milestone tracking to ensure timely rollouts.
- Oversee social media content planning, briefing, and scheduling in collaboration with content creators and designers.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors for joint marketing efforts, influencer activations, or campaign collaborations.
- Draft and proofread copy for marketing materials, EDMs, social media, and in-outlet signage from digital to physical collaterals.
- Coordinate asset requests and approvals, ensuring materials are aligned with brand tone, visual identity, and strategy.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, digital engagement, and event outcomes to guide future strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in EV, lifestyle, F&B, and digital marketing to keep campaigns relevant and innovative.
- Support the planning and publicity for roadshows, outlet launches, and automotive showcases across Singapore.
- Assist in preparing decks, reports, and proposals for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications-preferably in a hybrid lifestyle, automotive, F&B, or retail environment.
- Experience with campaign planning, social media management, and cross-functional marketing coordination.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand tone.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Basic photo and video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience working on roadshows, product launches, or integrated marketing campaigns across physical and digital spaces.
- Fluent in English proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
