Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Company's beauty, wellness, and aesthetic services across online and offline platforms
- Work closely with outlet teams to plan monthly promotions, product launches, and customer acquisition campaigns
Social Media & Digital Advertising
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and other digital channels
- Assist in managing digital advertisements including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platform promotions
- Manage clinic website and CRM/patient database for retargeting and loyalty campaigns
- Coordinate influencer/KOL partnerships and manage vendor/agency relationships
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for lead generation and sales conversion
- Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rate, patient lifetime value, and ROI per channel
Branding & Market Intelligence
- Support branding and marketing efforts to strengthen the Company's image and market presence
- Conduct market research on beauty and aesthetic industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Manage PR, media partnerships, and clinic events/roadshows
Compliance
- Ensure all marketing materials, content, and advertisements comply with MOH's Guidelines on Advertisement of Aesthetic Practices and HSA regulations (no misleading claims, no unauthorized testimonials, no non-compliant pricing promotions for regulated procedures)
- Route all marketing materials through internal compliance review before publishing
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4-6 years marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare advertising regulations (MOH/HSA)
- Proficient in social media management, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and XiaoHongShu (RED) marketing
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred, to engage both local and Chinese-speaking customer segments
