Role Overview
We are looking for a Full-Stack Marketing Manager (Organic + Performance Led) who will own Bakuun's complete growth engine.
This includes:
- Organic acquisition (SEO, content, social, email, community)
- Paid performance channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting)
- AI-powered workflows to increase output, speed, and experimentation
Your role will involve validating messaging organically, scaling high-performing campaigns with paid channels, and leveraging AI to accelerate content, analysis, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organic Growth & Inbound Acquisition
- Build an always-on engine for SEO, content, email, and social.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, topic clustering, content outlines, and optimisation.
- Create JTBD/problem-led assets (blog posts, landing pages, case studies).
- Manage nurture flows and lifecycle emails to convert inbound leads.
2. Paid Performance & Campaign Scaling
- Run performance campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Use AI to: generate ad variations / expand keywords / run competitive analysis / quickly test messaging angles
- Own metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, CPL, CPSQL, CAC, ROAS.
- Scale campaigns only after organic messaging is validated.
3. Demand Generation & Funnel Optimisation
- Build full-funnel campaigns from awareness → MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
- Use AI for landing page copy, headline testing, and conversion optimisation ideas.
- Build retargeting flows and improve lead quality through data-driven nurture paths.
- Collaborate with sales to maintain ICP and feedback loops.
4. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build weekly dashboards and track funnel performance.
- Use AI to summarise insights, highlight anomalies, and recommend optimisations.
- Improve attribution modelling and pipeline forecasting.
5. Creative, Brand & Communications
- Produce high-quality copy, campaign hooks, and creative concepts.
- Use AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) for: creative ideation / short-form content / visual assets (lightweight)
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
6. Workflow Automation & Efficiency
- Implement AI automations (HubSpot AI, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.) to streamline: reporting / lead routing / content workflows / campaign operations
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual workload and increase speed.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on messaging and ICP.
- Use AI to extract insights from customer interviews, feedback, and usage patterns.
- Support GTM campaigns, launches, partnerships, and events.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–6+ years in marketing with at least 2+ years in performance marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to manage both organic and paid growth channels.
- Demonstrated experience using AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms to enhance content creation, automate workflows, analyse performance data, and accelerate campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and growth KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for B2B audiences.
- Proficiency with GA4, marketing automation tools, and landing page builders.
- Comfortable working independently, experimenting fast, and presenting insights to leadership.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and ABM campaigns.
- Basic design skills (Figma/Canva).
- Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, Looker, Segment.

- Prior experience in travel-tech, marketplaces, or payments.
