About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead both strategic and operational marketing activities. You will oversee a team, manage crosschannel campaigns, and ensure all marketing initiatives support broader business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy with handson execution in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver strong performance.
- Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, content, and traditional channels.
- Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and communication.
- Oversee campaign planning, digital marketing initiatives, events, and gotomarket activities.
- Provide direction on content strategy, messaging frameworks, and marketing materials.

What You Need to Succeed
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- Several years of B2B marketing experience, includingdemonstrated team leadership.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach,motivate, and guide team members.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with handsonexecution.
