I. Position Summary
The role will lead and drive marketing programs or campaigns to grow embecta's business and product portfolio in Asia, across different channels and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible[AH1] for the Growth portfolio management and develop marketing campaigns as needed including end-to-end campaign development process from planning, brief, conceptualization, asset creation, to final implementation in countries. As embecta enters its post spin-off phase, driving growth through new opportunities, new applications, and new products/partnerships is critical to its future success. Hence, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is analytical, entrepreneurial, and possesses the ability to spot untapped opportunities, and drive business growth through inorganic channels.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product introductions in the region including development of business cases, go-to-market strategy, launch activities, deliverables, and related KPIs.
- Plan and execute growth product campaigns across different channels, with a strong focus on digital platforms
- Working closely with country marketing leads on campaign planning, development and deployment
- Lead development/adaptation and implementation of regional/global campaigns in Asia
- Regularly analyze and monitor campaigns performance for improvement
- Where relevant, you may conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences and behavior, in order to develop effective marketing campaigns that are relevant to target audience
- You will be responsible for developing marketing materials where necessary, such as brochures, retail materials, and promotional materials, to support the marketing campaigns both online and offline channels
III. Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
IV. Experience
- 8 years experience in Marketing or Business Development, with proven track record in Strategic Planning, Marketing Campaign development, Analytics, Digital marketing, and Retail/offline marketing communications
V. Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong in data analytics and business acumen
- Good understanding of various marketing channel tactics (e.g. search, social, display): campaign management, reporting/metrics, planning process, creative uses, and optimization
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Good oral and written communication capabilities that have been leveraged with external customers, internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Entrepreneur mindset: Positive thinking in opportunities, agile and intrinsic motivation and desire to drive change and trying new things, taking action with pragmatic approach
- Regional and/or Consulting experience would be an advantage
