JOB DESCRIPTION
Creative Design & Content Support
- Assist in creating marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Support layout design for brochures, posters, social media graphics, and event collaterals.
- Assist in taking photos and video editing for content creation.
- Support basic video editing for highlight clips, event coverage, and social media posts.
Website Update & Digital Content Project
- Support ongoing website update (dealers locator, news, etc)
- Assist in uploading and formatting content on the website CMS.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect updated product information, visuals, and technical details.
- Ensure website content aligns with brand guidelines and is up to date.
- Assist in reviewing website pages for accuracy and consistency.
Event & Exhibition Support
- Assist in preparation for exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for marketing materials when required.
- Provide on-site event support when necessary.
Administrative & Ad-Hoc Marketing Tasks
- Maintain marketing inventory (brochures, merchandise, giveaways, etc.).
- Support vendor coordination and quotation follow-ups.
- Assist in simple reporting and documentation.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro)
- Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.
- Confident in report writing and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work independently in a small but dynamic team environment
