Marketing Intern

The Intern, Global Marketing will support the execution and optimisation of our digital marketing initiatives, with direct exposure to international campaigns managed in partnership with our global offices and external agencies.

This role offers hands-on experience in campaign coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, providing a unique opportunity to develop a global mindset and understand how marketing scales across different regions.

Performance Marketing Support:

• Assist in coordinating with external digital agencies on paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) under supervision.
• Help compile and organize campaign reports, tracking KPIs for review by the marketing team.
• Support basic performance analysis and note-taking during agency meetings.
• Aid in reviewing ad creatives and media plans for alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist with budget tracking and spend documentation.

SEO & Organic Growth Support:

• Work with agencies and internal teams to gather SEO reports (keyword rankings, backlink data).
• Support basic keyword research and content optimization updates.
• Help track organic performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or Ahrefs (training provided).
• Assist in compiling competitive research and industry trends for review.

Cross-Functional Support:

• Shadow team members in agency meetings to learn vendor management processes.
• Help consolidate data from agencies into standardized reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support coordination between marketing, communications, and regional teams on project updates.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to contracts, invoices, and campaign documentation.
