About the Role

We are seeking a driven Marketing Intern with a strong interest in lead generation and sales. This role blends marketing execution with direct revenue impact—helping identify, attract, and qualify potential customers while supporting the sales pipeline. You'll gain hands-on experience in growth marketing, outbound strategies, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Research and identify potential leads through online channels, databases, and social platforms
  • Build and maintain lead lists and databases (B2B/B2C)
  • Assist in outbound outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, cold outreach)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Support the sales team with prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems

Marketing Execution

  • Assist in creating and executing campaigns to drive lead generation
  • Develop content for email marketing, landing pages, and social media
  • Support performance marketing efforts (ads, SEO, campaigns)
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and lead conversion metrics

Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify target segments and customer needs
  • Analyze competitor strategies and outreach approaches
  • Provide insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or growth marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outreach and engaging potential customers
  • Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and sales processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with email marketing or outbound sales tools
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, ads, analytics)
  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach
  • Data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
