About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Singapore for a Marketing Intern with a minimum commitment of 6 months starting from June till November.
Are you passionate about marketing and ready to gain hands-on experience with global brands As a Marketing Intern at IMS Marketing, you'll play a key role in supporting local marketing initiatives for JBL and Harman Kardon Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to learn how a distributor works with global brands to execute social media campaigns, CRM initiatives, PR and influencer collaborations, and events — all while gaining real-world experience that will set you up for a career in marketing.
What You'll Do:
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Work with the Marketing Executive to develop and maintain JBL/Harman Kardon (HK) Singapore's monthly Instagram and TikTok content calendar
- Collaborate to develop and execute content plans for IMS Marketing's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels
- Review and optimize content before publication and assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting insights
CRM
- Assist in planning and executing email campaigns (launches, promotions, newsletters) on Dotdigital platform
- Support automation workflows such as welcome series, abandoned cart flows, and loyalty updates on Dotdigital platform
- Help compile monthly CRM performance reports and insights for the JBL/HK Brand Marketing Team
PR, Media & Influencer Engagement
- Support KOL/media seeding campaigns and assist in influencer collaborations
- Lead JBL Campus Initiatives
Marketing Operations & Event Support
- Provide hands-on support for event activations, from planning to execution
- Help manage marketing assets, including collaterals, samples, and POS materials
- Coordinate printing, delivery, and logistics for marketing materials and events
- Track purchase orders and vendor invoices to ensure smooth operations
- Support inventory management for promotional items, demos, and giveaways
Reports-in-Charge (Supporting Marketing Executive)
- Maintain Social/EDM calendars for FY25/26
- Compile monthly marketing reports highlighting social media campaigns, EDM performance, and APAC scorecard segments
- Provide additional reporting insights as needed to support the JBL/HK Brand Marketing Team

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus
- Strong interest in social media, events, and CRM
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Conscientious and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and keen to learn how to track, evaluate, and report campaign performance
