Work with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints, both online and offline.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Ensuring local's content calendar aligned with the company's objectives and marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency across social channels.
Leverage customer feedback, market research, and social listening tools (ie. Emplifi) to refine and optimize offline and social media campaigns.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics or other related fields
Prior experience in creating copywriting, writing articles and/or blog writing, would be advantageous
Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with those internal and external stakeholders
