Job Description:

As a marketing intern with Maybank Securities, you will have a unique opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of financial services.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in the creation and design of marketing collateral, including social media graphics, banners, email templates, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Contribute to content writing for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategy.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Track and analyse campaign performance across channels (social, email, events).
• Create performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics platforms
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Assistance with ad hoc tasks, including event coordination and other support activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
