We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Performance Marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience across the full spectrum of performance advertising – from data analysis and campaign execution to regional GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
• Support paid advertising campaigns across key platforms.
• Coordinate campaign launches by working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance across channels using tools like Excel, Appsflyer, GA4, etc.
• Regional Go-To-Market Support
• Help research and launch regional campaigns (e.g., in MENA, LATAM, or other markets) by contributing to research, targeting strategies, and asset preparation.
• Support the coordination with cross-regional teams.
• Ad Hoc Marketing Operations
• Assist with various marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable with numbers, data tools, and making data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) with fluency to connect with stakeholders in China.
• Familiarity with the Fintech industry and major digital ad platforms (e.g., Direct Media Buy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Full-time availability preferred, ideally for a 6-month internship.
