Piper Labs is a lifestyle CPG startup elevating everyday flavor. We're building the ultimate pepper ecosystem from design-forward grinders to specialty peppercorns, and the full experience around how people buy, use, and think about pepper.

We're hiring a Marketing Intern to work closely with the founders on execution, research, and coordination that directly supports how we grow and operate.

You'll do real work and gain exposure to how decisions are made in an early-stage consumer company.

What you'll work on

• Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including performance marketing
• Support marketing content execution across digital and social channels
• Research competitors, reference brands, and new markets
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, and synthesize insights into marketing decisions
• Coordinate ops, suppliers, and logistics tied to customer experience
• Contribute to building and testing custom AI tools to support marketing workflows and decision-making
• Ad-hoc projects with the founders across strategy and planning
