Marketing Intern

Established in 2019, Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a Food and Beverage (F&B) and Shared Services Company managing F&B Operations as well as providing support services to a rapidly growing Group of Companies in multiple industries comprising concert/live shows management and promotions, F&B, hospitality, and real estate management. Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. regularly measures and improves process quality, examines, and applies best industry practices, identifies new and advanced technological implementations as well as trains and develops our employees to keep them relevant.

This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team's branding and marketing efforts for the F&B businesses under the Group in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the marketing team in the direction, planning, development, conceptualisation and development of existing and new brands, including marketing and creative aspects
• Assist with the management of social media platforms which includes planning monthly calendars, content creation and execution
• Assist with marketing partnerships, campaigns, strategies and promotional content to expand brand awareness, engagement and drive sales
• Planning of photo shoots and video production to support marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in managing customer acquisition, retention, rewards etc. under loyalty app where applicable
• Keep up to date on consumer habits and trends, and provide recommendations on consumer perspective and feasibility of business activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned under the Group

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to commit for at least 4 to 6 months
• A hands-on team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resourceful with strong multi-tasking and adaptability skills
• Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

SALARY: SGD 800-1200
