Marketing Intern (Field & Operation Support) (6 months)

Outlet Coordination
. Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure marketing materials are properly displayed
. Liaise with outlet managers to communicate upcoming campaign requirements
. Capture photos of outlets for content purposes and quality checks

Materials & Production
. Track marketing material inventory across outlets (menus, standees, table tents, etc.)
. Coordinate with vendors for printing quotes and production timelines
. Assist with delivery and installation of materials at outlets

Campaign Execution
. Provide on-site support during campaign launches and events
. Update platform listings (Grab, Google Maps) when outlet information changes
. Assist HC2 with membership events and in-store sign-up drives

Job Requirements

. Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
. Highly organised with strong follow-through ensures tasks are completed without oversight
. Comfortable travelling between outlets across Singapore as required
. Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
. Strong communication skills able to liaise with outlet managers professionally
