The Gift Expert seamlessly blends corporate gifting with full event planning and immersive, real-time live personalization stations (such as on-site bottle engraving, calligraphy, and embroidery). We align every experience with our clients brand values, turning passive recipients into engaged participants. As we continue to elevate brands one gift at a time, we are looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Intern to help amplify our brand voice.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and visually driven Marketing Intern to help elevate our brand presence across digital, social, and physical channels. This role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate who wants hands-on, high-ownership experience in a fast-paced environment.

You won't just be fetching coffee here-you will assist in developing creative content, managing our social media footprint, and telling the story of our unique live-event activations. You will start by supporting day-to-day content creation and digital marketing tasks, with plenty of opportunities to take ownership of your own marketing campaigns as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Brainstorm, design, and write engaging content (static graphics, short-form videos/Reels/TikToks, and copy) for our social media, website, and email newsletters.

  • Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and managing interactions across our social media platforms to grow and engage our B2B audience.

  • Inbound & Lead Gen Support: Help optimize marketing materials (like digital catalogs, landing pages, and portfolio decks) that capture and nurture inbound corporate leads.

  • Campaign & Event Coverage: Capture behind-the-scenes content of our unique live-personalization event stations and bespoke curation processes to highlight our experiential capabilities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal design, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with upcoming client campaigns and seasonal gift launches.

  • Market Research & Analytics: Conduct basic research on corporate gifting trends and monitor marketing analytics to help track the performance of our digital campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Creative Eye & Skills: Basic proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Photography or videography skills are a huge plus!

  • Resilience & Adaptability: A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude-you are not easily discouraged by creative feedback and see it as a chance to learn.

  • Data-Aware Storyteller: Strong communication and writing skills, paired with a willingness to learn how to interpret basic digital marketing data and analytics.

  • Growth Mindset: Coachable, eager to absorb new marketing strategies, and continuously striving to improve your creative output.

  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable operating in an agile, rapidly evolving environment where no two days are exactly the same.
