About the role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, AI-powered content creation and campaign execution both online and on-ground. The ideal candidate is eager to explore how technology and creativity can be combined to engage consumers and strengthen brand presence.
Tasks / Duties:
- Leverage AI tools and design platforms to develop engaging digital content for social media and B2C marketing.
- Support the planning and executing of marketing initiatives across online and offline channels, including brand activations and roadshows.
- Collaborate with the in-house Digital Hub team to enhance website content, layout, and user experience.
- Work with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant channels.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and provide key insights to team.
- Communicate and coordinate with countries for cross-market projects, when needed
- Support ad hoc tasks and special projects, including multi-department initiatives, exploratory business opportunities or business strategy presentations to senior management as required.
Requirement
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, brand activation and AI-driven creativity.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, AI content tools such as Canva, Capcut and basic design/video editing platforms.
- Good understanding of consumer engagement trends across social media and on-ground touchpoints.
- Curious, fast learning, and resourceful with strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
