Marketing Intern / Associate

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern or Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with industry leaders to elevate RFI's brand presence. You will play a key role in content strategy, event marketing, and community engagement, helping to shape the narrative around responsible innovation in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow RFI's social media presence (primarily LinkedIn).

  • Draft high-quality content, including press releases, announcements, and thought leadership posts regarding RFI initiatives (e.g., MOUs, industry partnerships).

  • Design basic visual assets for social media and presentations (using tools like Canva).

• Event Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of industry roundtables, webinars, and networking events.

  • Coordinate with partners and speakers to ensure smooth event logistics.

• Community & Partnership Engagement:

  • Support the team in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, fintech associations, and corporate partners.

  • Help track and manage membership inquiries and correspondence.

• Market Research:

  • Conduct research on trending topics in fintech, AI governance, and digital assets to support content creation and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a strong plus.

• Interest: A genuine curiosity or passion for Fintech, Blockchain/Digital Assets, or AI Technology.
