About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Graduate Marketing Intern will support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, accelerate product adoption, and enable commercial growth.
This role offers hands-on exposure across key areas of modern marketing, including integrated campaigns, product marketing, go-to-market execution, partner marketing, and customer lifecycle engagement. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Partnerships, and Business Development to support marketing initiatives and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
This position is ideal for a motivated early-career marketer looking to build foundational experience in B2B and fintech marketing, develop strong storytelling skills, and learn how multi-channel campaigns are planned and executed in a growth-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email/lifecycle, and partner channels, including coordinating timelines, assets, and messaging.
- Content & Messaging Development: Assist in developing and refining campaign messaging, and support the creation and adaptation of marketing assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Product Marketing & GTM Support: Help create product marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs) and support go-to-market efforts for new features and initiatives, including basic market and competitor research.
- Partner Marketing Coordination: Support the execution of co-marketing initiatives with partners, including co-branded campaigns, content, and events, as well as preparing partner toolkits and tracking engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance (e.g., email campaigns via CRM tools like HubSpot), compile reports on key metrics, and provide insights to support ongoing optimisation.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital and product marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Good communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
