Role Description
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic Marketing Intern from a polytechnic or university to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple areas of marketing, with a strong emphasis on product marketingincluding understanding our products, translating features into customer value, and applying product insights to content, campaigns, and articles.
You will work closely with the marketing team to support initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, product positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation.
This full-time, on-site Marketing Intern position is located in Singapore.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, features, and use cases to support marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging, product-led content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, articles, and the company website.
- Assist in crafting product messaging, recommendations, and value propositions tailored to different audiences.
- Support the design and editing of marketing and product materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, and sales collaterals.
- Contribute to video scripts, product explainers, graphics, and other multimedia content.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics to improve content and product messaging.
- Assist in responding to comments and messages under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, email marketing, paid ads, and events.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to support positioning and recommendations.
- Track and report on campaign and content performance, providing insights to refine product marketing strategies.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving product communication and audience targeting.
- Help maintain and update customer, product, and market databases.
- Support overall marketing planning and execution with a focus on product alignment.
Requirements
- Strong design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to assist with video editing; familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is a plus.
- Strong interest in product marketing, storytelling, and customer-centric content.
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting or explaining products.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and a team player.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Understanding of Mandarin is an added advantage.
