Roles & Responsibilities:
My Queen is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. Our startup is a prenatal and postpartum centre that seeks to empower quintessential women in their maternal journey. The promotion of services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential, which becomes increasingly useful for our company.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things relating to marketing and technology. The candidate should be proficient in English and Chinese to manage our company's bilingual website. He/She should be well versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the company's digital presence and build lasting connections with consumers
- Plan, manage, and monitor the company's presence across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo)
- Launch and optimize online advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and awareness
- Contribute to SEO initiatives, including keyword research and image optimization, to improve search engine rankings
- Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts and promotional emails, across relevant digital channels
- Generate creative content marketing ideas and regularly update the company website
- Enhance user experience on the company's website through design and content improvements
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and apply insights to refine marketing strategies
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with B2C social media management, Google Ads, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies
- Proficient in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends
- Skilled in creative content writing and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with a critical thinking approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing or a related field
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 4 months
