Hannah Life Technologies Pte Ltd(HLT) is a Y Combinator-backed Singapore-based company on a mission to help1 million babies be born. We are building a portfolio of consumer healthand wellness brands - including twoplus, our fertility and conceptionbrand, and an upcoming women's health product launching in 2026. We takewomen's health seriously, ship category-leading products, and grow through amix of performance marketing, creator-led storytelling, and technical rigor.
We are fast-moving andfounder-led. Every hire compounds.
This is not a traditionalmarketing job. It is a hybrid role for someone who can think across threedisciplines that are usually kept separate:
1. Marketing - understanding customers, messaging,channels, creative.
2. GTM engineering - wiring up the systems behindgrowth: ad accounts, attribution, analytics, AI workflows, automations, dashboards.
3. Strategy - connecting daily execution to thebigger question of where the business should go next.
You will work directly withleadership across both twoplus (live, scaling) and our upcomingwomen's health product (pre-launch, building from zero). You will see theinside of every part of how a modern consumer brand is built - formulationdecisions, creative testing, paid media, retention, organic, supply chain - andyour work will visibly move the numbers.
This role is designed forsomeone who wants to compound 10× faster than they would inside a traditionalmarketing function at a larger company. You will be given real ownership early. You will also be expected to move fast, reason from first principles, and useAI tools as a daily multiplier.
This is also an executionrole. There will always be manual work that cannot be automated -spreadsheets to clean, segments to build, emails to proof the night before theysend, campaigns to launch on time. We need someone who sees the work throughend-to-end and doesn't lose interest when it gets unglamorous. The best ideasmean nothing if they don't ship. If you light up at strategy and AI workflowsbut go cold when the work stops being shiny, this role is not for you.
We are explicitly open to freshgraduates. If you've never had a real job but you've built things, shippedthings, and can think - apply.
. Own and improve our email marketing end-to-endacross our brands - flows, broadcasts, segmentation, lifecycle, deliverability, the lot.
. Own the analytics layer - build dashboards, track the KPIs that matter, and surface the insights leadership needs weekly.
. Run experiments end-to-end: hypothesis → setup →measurement → readout → next bet.
. Stand up GTM systems and automations using AI tools(e.g., agentic workflows, copy generation pipelines, structured creativetesting, attribution stitching).
. Brief and review creative - ad concepts, landing pages, emails, organic content - with a strong analytical lens on what's working.
. Help shape go-to-market plans for new launches, newSKUs, and new channels.
. Bring back competitive and category intelligence thatsharpens our strategy.
We expect the shape of this roleto evolve quickly based on what you're best at and what the business needs. Thefirst six months are deliberately broad so we can find your edge.
We are not optimizing for amarketing degree or marketing experience. We are optimizing for raw ability andtrajectory.
You probably are:
. Analytically strong. You enjoy working withdata, can build a model in a spreadsheet, and can tell the difference between areal signal and noise. You think in funnels, unit economics, and second-ordereffects.
. A systems thinker. You see how pieces of abusiness connect and instinctively look for leverage points. You don't justship the task - you ask why the task exists.
. Comfortable with ambiguity. You can take anunderspecified problem, define it, and move forward without waiting to be toldwhat to do. You are calm when the path isn't obvious.
. AI-native. You already use Claude, ChatGPT,Cursor, Gemini, agents, or similar tools as part of your daily workflow. Youare not impressed by AI - you use it.
. Hungry to grow. You are ambitious about your owndevelopment, take feedback seriously, and want to be meaningfully better sixmonths from now than you are today.
. A clear writer and communicator. You canstructure your thinking on a page, in a deck, or in a Slack message withoutburying the lead.
. An executor, not just a thinker. You finishthings. You are as willing to clean a messy CSV by hand as you are to designthe agent that should have done it. The brilliant strategists who can't shipdon't last here.
Background does not matter asmuch as the above. We have a strong bias for people who studied somethingrigorous - engineering, bioengineering, computer science, computer engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, the hard sciences - but we are open toanyone who can demonstrate the qualities above. You do not need prior marketingexperience. You do not need a marketing degree. Fresh graduates are welcome. You do need to convince us you'll be world-class at this within 12 months.
. Built or shipped something on your own - a sideproject, a startup, a community, a research paper, an internal tool, anopen-source contribution.
. Familiarity with paid social (Meta, TikTok), Shopify,Klaviyo, or analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
. Some exposure to consumer brands, e-commerce, women'shealth, or supplements.
. Prior experience working closely with founders or in ahigh-trust, low-headcount environment.
. Direct line to leadership and visibility into everypart of the business.
. A compounding learning environment - you will be asharper operator one year in than most peers will be in three.
. Rapid growth for high performers. Strongexecution will be rewarded with expanded scope, increased ownership, and fastercompensation growth than you'd see at a larger company. We move people up asfast as they earn it.
. The chance to help build category-defining brands inwomen's health from the early innings.
. Singapore-based with flexibility on remote work for theright person.
. Compensation: S$3,500 - S$4,500/month, calibrated to the level you come in at.
