Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company specializing in plant-based and soy-related products distributed across retail chains and food service channels. Due to their ongoing expansion plan, they are looking for a Marketing Executive to support brand growth and market penetration across multiple channels. They are currently located in the (Central) and will be relocating to the (North) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Execute trade marketing activities across supermarkets, retail outlets, and food service channels, including promotions and product launches
- Coordinate with retail buyers and partners on campaign planning, listing activities, and in-store visibility initiatives
- Develop and manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) such as display assets and promotional collaterals
- Track and analyse campaign performance, sales impact, and return on investment
- Support B2B marketing initiatives by preparing product materials, catalogues, and promotional kits for business clients
- Assist in organizing and managing participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
- Plan and implement digital marketing activities, including social media content scheduling and website updates
- Produce or coordinate marketing content and visuals aligned with brand guidelines
- Work with internal teams on packaging concepts and campaign visuals for new product launches
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience in trade marketing, retail activation, or B2B marketing support
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar
