Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive supports the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across digital, print, and on-ground channels to drive member engagement and strengthen the Club's brand presence. The role focuses on social media management, content coordination, campaign execution, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while delivering timely and effective marketing support across all SICC pillars.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with Club objectives.

  • Coordinate timelines, content, and approvals for social media posts, promotions, and events.

  • Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and provide insights for optimisation.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform features to enhance engagement and reach.

Content Development & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Editorial/Content Team to develop engaging content (including video) for social media platforms.

  • Write, edit, and proof captions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice.

  • Plan and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, Digital Screens).

  • Ensure content consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all channels.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Work closely with internal departments to conceptualise and promote events, campaigns, and initiatives.

  • Identify and coordinate potential partnerships (internal and external) to enhance visibility and engagement.

  • Manage the PRF (Publicity Request Form) process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of requests.

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.

  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop marketing assets aligned with each SICC pillar.

  • Support the development of collaterals such as signages, banners, and posters.

Operations & Project Coordination

  • Assist in managing project requests via TenderBoard, tracking approvals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Support marketing operations across Club initiatives, events, and campaigns.

  • Respond to member inquiries and feedback on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Reports for campaigns, publications, and social performance.

  • Vendor and budget tracking.

  • Coordinate photo/video shoots.

  • Any other tasks assigned by Director of Marcom.
