We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and support business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of both digital and on-ground marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support retail marketing campaigns that drive footfall and brand awareness
  • Develop and manage marketing materials across physical (e.g. flyers, posters) and digital platforms
  • Strengthen the brand's online presence through website updates, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and public relations initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, product, sales) to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and seamless execution of marketing activities
  • Provide marketing insights to support product development and market-fit initiatives
  • Act as the key marketing contact for assigned outlets, including conceptualising new menus and developing supporting collaterals
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and support public relations efforts, including post-event reporting and media clippings

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, social media insights)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with third-party marketplace (e.g. Shopee, TikTok)
