Job Summary
Manage product quotations, negotiate costs and contracts, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure compliance with export controls to support business growth and customer engagement in a manufacturing environment.
Job Description:
- Prepare and negotiate product quotations, costs, and contracts to secure favorable terms and support sales objectives
- Collaborate with development and project management teams to propose new products tailored to customer needs
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify cost information for accurate pricing decisions
- Initiate and lead contract review processes with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
- Maintain accurate pricing and customer data within internal systems to support business operations
- Update and manage company profiles and presentation materials for effective external communication
- Lead Business Quality Reviews - End of Life (BQR-E) with relevant teams to manage product lifecycle quality
- Manage early-stage business opportunities with existing customers to drive growth and retention
- Ensure adherence to Export Control requirements and assist in audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in an OEM/ODM manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure, product costing, and profit and loss tracking
- Understanding of Export Control compliance
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to perform overtime work
- Open to candidates with no prior working experience
