Job Description

We areseekinga dynamic andexperiencedMarketingExecutive tojoin our teamto drive brand awareness,manage onlinecampaigns,optimizeour digital presenceand work closely with the sales andproductteams to align marketing effortswith businessobjectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive todesign and implement digital marketing strategies aligned withREA's businessgoal.
  • Optimizethe company website for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Ideate and craft engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos) and design visuals that align with our brand voice and target audience.
  • Brainstormandconceptualizeplansto drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Work closelywith cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Data) to ensure alignment on campaignobjectivesand branding.
  • Assistin event planning and execution, including webinars, industry events, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research toidentifyemerging trends and opportunities within the real estate industry to craft engaging content.
  • Supportotherteamswith marketing collateral, presentations, and lead generation activities.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevantplatforms.
  • Submitweekly report of product & marketing performance
  • Other administrative tasks asrequired.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5years of experience indigitalmarketing, preferably within the real estate or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Proficiencywith Canva isa must. Experience with other software such asAdobePremiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, etc., is a plus.
  • Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics, Google Ads,Google Search Console,Meta Business Suites, email marketing platforms, and HTMLwill be a plus.
  • Comfortable being on camera for live streams and video content, including conducting TikTok Live sessions, will beadvantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret, visualize data, and generate insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving marketing trends and technologies.
