Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing (Health Supplement Brand):

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

Content Creation & Campaign Management:

  • Create engaging and informative content across digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce impactful visual content that aligns with brand identity.

Partnerships & Events:

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, healthcare professionals, and wellness communities.
  • Organize and represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and community events to enhance brand visibility.

Customer Engagement:

  • Design customer loyalty programs and feedback systems to build a strong connection with the target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ensuring a positive brand reputation.

Marketing of Manufacturing Capabilities:

Core Messaging Development:

  • Highlight the company's advanced pharmaceutical and supplement manufacturing capabilities, including R&D, quality assurance, and certifications (e.g., GMP, ISO).
  • Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, showcasing manufacturing expertise.

B2B Marketing:

  • Develop targeted campaigns to attract contract manufacturing and private-label clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and institutional buyers.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including pitch decks and technical documentation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Digital Presence:

  • Optimize the company's website and LinkedIn presence to appeal to both B2C (health supplements) and B2B (manufacturing services) audiences.
  • Use SEO strategies to improve visibility of manufacturing services in search engines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health supplement industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/health supplement industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and production.
