The marketing executive is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.
This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign execution, and basic search optimisation, contributing to student enrolment and brand awareness for TSPP's psychology, well-being, and professional development programmes.
. Execute and manage campaigns across:
○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
○ Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
○ LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
. Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions)
. Support A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
. Support keyword research and basic SEO optimisation
. Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and blog articles
. Support paid search campaign execution and optimisation
. Assist in creating and updating:
○ Social media content
○ Email campaigns (EDMs)
○ Landing pages
. Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with programme messaging
. Support lead generation campaigns and track performance
. Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up
. Assist in improving campaign effectiveness based on feedback
. Track campaign performance using tools such as:
○ Google Analytics
○ Google Search Console
. Prepare basic performance reports and highlight key insights
. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and changes in search behaviour
. Maintain general awareness of emerging areas such as AI-driven search
. Cost per lead (CPL)
. Lead volume
. Campaign performance (CTR, conversions)
. Timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution
. Basic SEO improvements (traffic, keyword ranking)
. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, or related field
. 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing
. Hands-on experience with digital ads platforms (GoogleAds, Meta Ads)
. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Strong execution and time management skills
. Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools)
. Photo and video shooting for social media posts (preferred)
