Job Summary
Lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Manage digital platforms, public relations, retail marketing, and partnerships to support sales and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with sales, brand, and corporate goals
- Create and manage content marketing, communications, and creative campaigns to increase customer demand and satisfaction
- Conduct brand audits and ensure consistent management of brand assets
- Analyze and monitor digital platforms including social media and Google to optimize digital outreach and content management
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility
- Manage media relations and public engagement to strengthen public relations
- Design and oversee loyalty programs to proactively engage customers, improve customer experience, and drive acquisition and retention
- Coordinate retail marketing activities including POSM, visual merchandising, and brand ambassador programs
- Establish and manage strategic and tactical partnerships to maximize outreach
- Provide marketing-related support across departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing activities
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Marketing or related marketing disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience experience in retail or related industries is advantageous
- Proficient numerical and analytical skills to interpret marketing data and inform decisions
- Strong results orientation and work ethic to meet marketing objectives
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively across markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Passion for media and online marketing solutions to drive innovative marketing strategies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in retail or related industries (not mandatory but advantageous)
