Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive to lead all internal and external communication efforts.

This role encompasses full-spectrum responsibilities, including content creation, branding, digital marketing, event planning, project support, and in-house design-from visual identity to web presence.

You will play a key role in cross-departmental projects and initiatives, supporting planning, communication strategies, marketing rollouts, and design execution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messaging and branding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content across newsletters, corporate websites, social media, and other digital channels
  • Design and implement a content calendar for strategic corporate outreach and marketing activities
  • Independently design, build, and maintain the corporate website, including layout, structure, and content updates
  • Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals and brand assets (e.g. logos, visuals, presentation templates, printed materials)
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and performance tracking
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and activities, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
  • Support and contribute to company-wide projects, including internal campaigns, launches, and department initiatives
  • Craft clear and compelling written materials such as speeches, internal announcements, and corporate presentations
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual and written communications

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills for both digital and print platforms
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing strategies using tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive projects from concept to execution
