Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing and managing GA-driven marketing initiatives for CMLink to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and footfall to CMLink Service Centres. This role works closely with media agencies, creative partners, sales teams and channel partners to ensure integrated execution across online and offline touchpoints including self-owned channels and retail environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and execute go-to-market strategies to drive acquisition and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with media and creative agencies on content development and campaign execution across omni-channel touchpoints.
- Provide marketing support for all sales-related requests, including the development of POSM materials and deployment related to GA initiatives.
- Manage and support VM-related requests for CMLink Channel Partners to ensure brand consistency and effective in-store execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HQ team to execute initiatives and maximise effectiveness
- Monitor market trends and offer proactive insights to stay ahead and relevant
- Analyze and reporting of performance reviews, insights and recommendations
- Manage Chinese KOLs to increase brand exposure and extend campaign reach
- Manage community engagement through various communication channels including Facebook, Wechat and Xiaohongshu
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in marketing or communication, preferably in Telecommunication sector
- Able to work independently and multitask across projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and drive alignment
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative engagement activities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data to insights and influence decision making
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory
- Knowledge of Chinese social platforms (WeChat, XHS) and KOL collaboration is a strong plus.
