Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to drive brand communications and social media execution for INLOVE across Global and China markets. This role sits at the intersection of content, platforms, and brand consistency, with strong exposure to both China social ecosystems and global platforms.
You will be responsible for day-to-day content planning, coordination, and execution across social, MarCom, and EDM channels, ensuring (house brand)s brand voice is consistent, relevant, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Global & China)
- Plan, manage, and execute content across:
China: Rednote (XHS), WeChat, Weibo, Douyin
Global: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Line (depending on the country dominant platform)
- Own monthly content calendars aligned with brand, product drops, and campaigns
- Coordinate with creative, design, and video teams to deliver platform-native content
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, content learnings) and optimize accordingly
2. Marketing Communications (MarCom)
- Support brand and campaign messaging across social, digital, and owned channels
- Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling coherence across markets
- Assist in launch campaigns, seasonal pushes, and key brand moments
3. EDM / CRM Content
- Develop EDM content (copy + structure) for Product launches, Campaign announcements, Community and brand storytelling
- Coordinate with internal teams or external tools for deployment and testing
- Maintain consistency between EDM, social, and broader MarCom narratives
4. Cross-Market Coordination
- Adapt global brand content for China platforms (and vice versa) with cultural sensitivity
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across brand, e-commerce, and creative teams
- Support external partners or agencies when required (KOLs, creators, media)
