Develop strategy and plan campaigns that promote the business and generate both offline and online traffic.
Implement marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
Anticipate trends, explore new things, and analyse results.
Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business may leverage.
Oversee e-marketing content and explore sales channels.
Build sustainable partnerships with key influencers, vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists, etc.
Share and communicate internally for alignment and cooperation within departments and team.
Update DrGL Catalogue.
Who we are looking for:
Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing.
Possess at least 2 years of working experience and passion working in the beauty retail industry, focus on marketing functions.
Ability to strategise, lead the Marketing team on executing marketing campaigns and content creation.
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
Understanding of GA4, GTM, pixels/Conversions API, and UTM discipline.
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, live-streams, videography or photography, or editing software is advantageous.
Ability to speak, write and communicate fluently in both English is required.
